Our culture is the product of our Values and behaviours and reflect what is important to us.
In late 2020 the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) commenced a refresh of our Values. The purpose of this review was to ensure our Values best reflect who we are and support the achievement of our strategy.
As part of the refresh, the ELT participated in a number of workshops to develop draft Value statements. These draft Value statements were then shared with a cross section of our teams through Employee Focus Groups. We received great feedback from the Employee Focus Groups and as a result changed some of the Value statements to what we have today, each aligning with the business and the focus on our people.
